The poet is asking Perumal (Vishnu/Venkateswara) to grant "iRai inbam" (இறை இன்பம் - The bliss that comes within due to our association with Him, our indweller), for all jeevas without changing their current state of mind/work... He says that we are all ignorant and we can never attain theso called absolute jnaanam... i.e jnaana saamyam (equal jnaanam with perumal)... So please grant us iRai inbam for all jeevas without judging their jnaanam...
A child suckling milk from her mother's breast will not understand about the greatness of its father. If someone tries to take that child to its father, the child cries and rejects to go to him... We are also like that ignorant child... We are not ready to get out of this samsara and reach the father of this creation (PerumaL)... We got used to our ignorance here so please grant us iRai inbam here only...
A baby bird sitting under the protection of its mother's wings doesn't aim to climb the tall building standing in front of it... You are like that mother protecting us under your wings called as prakriti and nourishing us and comforting us.. So we don't aim to climb your tall building called "Vaikuntam"... We want iRai inbam here, under your protecting wings...
A frog lives in water and eats, sleeps there only... If it is taken to a royal bed for sleeping, it does not will to come there... We are also like that frog staying in samsaara sagaram and we don't aim or will to get saayujyam with You sleeping on wonderful serpent bed (Sesha Sayanam). We like to swim in this samsara sagaram only... So please grant us iRai inbam here only and protect us here itself by giving us the true wisdom!
